Go Ultra is Go Insurance’s premium cover level. It sits above Elite and is designed for travellers who want maximum protection, higher limits, and broader benefits.

It includes all the features of our other products, plus enhanced cover across key areas and access to exclusive options designed for more complex or higher-value trips.

Where CFYR fits

One of those options is Cancel For Your Reason (CFYR).

Go Ultra + CFYR gives travellers added flexibility to cancel their entire trip for personal reasons that sit outside the usual list of insured events. It’s designed to help protect against the unexpected, such as changes in personal circumstances, where standard cancellation cover may not respond.

CFYR is optional and sits alongside traditional cancellation benefits. It doesn’t replace them.

Learning and support

Go Ultra + CFYR comes with specific features, eligibility criteria, and disclosure requirements. To support consistent, compliant conversations with travellers, we strongly encourage agents to complete the Go Ultra learning module.

The module covers:

• How Go Ultra works and who it’s designed for

• Where CFYR applies and where it doesn’t

• How to explain both using factual information only

While CFYR is now available, the learning remains a valuable way to build confidence and help set clear expectations at claim time.
