The Elite Snow Sports Extension is available exclusively to current Snow Australia members under 30 years of age.

It provides access to a travel insurance policy tailored and endorsed to include approved cover for Alpine Skiing, Freestyle Moguls and Snowboard Alpine competition and training.

Important: You must provide a valid Snow Australia membership number as part of your application. Cover is subject to underwriting approval and the endorsement must accompany your Certificate of Insurance.

Who can apply?

To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Be a current Snow Australia member
  • Be under 30 years of age
  • Provide your Snow Australia membership number
  • Be travelling for approved training or competition
  • Apply before you travel

No. Each application is individually assessed and cover only applies once approved, issued and shown on your Certificate of Insurance.

Can I apply if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

You can still apply, but your policy will be assessed individually based on your medical history, travel details and discipline.
