Custom Cancellation Cover: We understand that one-size-fits-all cancellation coverage isn’t ideal for everyone. That’s why we’re offering flexible cancellation cover options, from $0 to unlimited on all our policies! Now, you can customise coverage to perfectly fit your traveller’s unique needs.

Targeted Destination Coverage: We’ve revamped how we capture traveller details, focusing on specific destinations rather than broad regions. This allows us to provide more tailored pricing and enables real-time assistance if natural disasters or world events occur, as we’ll have a precise idea of where your travellers are.

Revised Pricing Structure: With these updates, we’ve refined our pricing strategy to deliver a more precise rating framework. This ensures pricing is customised to align more closely with the distinct needs of your travellers.

• Active Quotes: Any quotes not issued before 20 November will become invalid on that day. We’ll send reminders beforehand, giving you the chance to issue policies under the current pricing structure before the update takes effect.

• New Navigation: From 20 November, you’ll be able to select custom cancellation cover for your traveller, with options ranging from $0 to unlimited! It's important to note chosen cancellation cover will apply to all travellers combined, not per person as before.

• Region Selection: When creating new quotes, you’ll specify the exact destinations your travellers plan to visit. While you can still choose broader regions like ‘Europe’ or ‘Worldwide,’ selecting individual countries might lead to a more economical premium.
